主要特點(diǎn):

一、采用集熱式加熱法,被加熱容器*處于強(qiáng)烈的熱輻射之中,加熱速度是其它平面加熱磁力攪拌器的三倍。溫度均勻、效率高,更適應(yīng)球型燒瓶進(jìn)行加熱反應(yīng)。
二、本機(jī)主要部件選材優(yōu)良,電機(jī)選用直流大功率電機(jī),攪拌力矩大、噪音小。特制不銹鋼加熱管在8000C高溫中老化24小時(shí)。絕緣電阻>1000MΩ,干燒時(shí)安全可靠。磁鋼選用目前磁力強(qiáng)的“釹鐵硼”永磁做轉(zhuǎn)子，確保足夠的吸力和扭矩。
三、結(jié)構(gòu)合理，集熱鍋用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼沖壓而成，與特制加熱管和耐高溫密封組合，可加水（水?。⒓佑停ㄓ驮。?，以及干燒，也是本機(jī)主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)所在，加熱部分與電氣箱之間采用散熱板隔離，在高溫加熱攪拌下，不影響整機(jī)電氣性能。
可根據(jù)用戶的要求，定做大、小容量的集熱式攪拌器。

    DF-101B型（調(diào)壓控溫）加熱部分采用調(diào)節(jié)電壓來控制加熱功率的大小，精確恒溫需外接“電節(jié)點(diǎn)溫度計(jì)”控制，本機(jī)帶有“電節(jié)點(diǎn)溫度計(jì)”插孔。

    DF-101C（小型集熱式）為小型集熱式攪拌器，功能和（101B、101S）一樣，有調(diào)壓控溫型和數(shù)顯自動(dòng)恒溫型兩種，占用工作空間小，適用于500ml以下攪拌用?？筛鶕?jù)用戶要求定做60-100mm深淺鍋。

DF-101C（small heat collection type）is a small heat collection mixer, which has the same function as （101B、101S）,it has two models, one is voltage-adjustable temperature control type and the other is figure automatic constant temperature type, occupying little working space, suitable for mixing of less than 500ml.

DF-101T大功率磁力攪拌器是我廠新開發(fā)的一種大容量大功率攪拌器，適用特殊用途攪拌，還可以做高精度恒溫源。容器尺寸可根據(jù)用戶要求定做。
